I gave these to my daughter to try as she is on Thyroxine as well as me, you have to remember you need to take them twice a day with food, she hasn't given me any feedback, but I plan to try this brand in my next buy.

I take B12 supplements on a regular basis as it helps to stop my mouth ulcers. I needed more when I came across this Thyroid XL product which has B12 in it plus a load of other supplements. I have an underactive thyroid, for which I take thyroxine for. If this supplement can make any difference, then it has to be worth a try.The supplements arrive in a resealable pouch rather than a bottle. The tablets are an average-sized capsule and easy to swallow. The package recommends two tablets a day, but I am only taking one at the moment. The amount of B12 is very high, and I don’t want to take too much.It’s too early to really say whether these tablets are having any effect. I know it can take quite a while. Side effects usually arrive the quickest and so far, I have had none.Overall, they look okay. I hope that helps.

With 120 capsules in this pack they work out at a very reasonable price. There is a two month supply of nice quality ingredients and they come in an easy to reseal bag.When I first opened the bag there was a little smell but it faded after a little while. They are very easy to swallow and they don't leave any strange aftertaste once they have been swallowed. I'm really hoping that it will help with hair loss so I will update this as soon as I see any result, but so far so good.

A normal sized capsule which seems to have no aftertaste and is easy to swallow. The ingredients list seems comprehensive. I mainly wanted it for the L-tyrosine but it seems to have a really good balance of stuff. Also seems good value as at the stated dosage each pack lasts 2 months.
