Q: I am unfamiliar with the K scale of grits. Is ther an equivalent chart?

Additionally, you may view the second product image for an equivalence chart for Super Assilex abrasives. The K number equivalent will yield a similar if not higher grit finish of the same P grade, with the difference being that the K numbered grit will cut with the faster speed associated with a coarser grit. For example, a K600 Sky sheet will yield a >P600 finish, while cutting at the speed of ~P320.

Q: I am finish sanding urethane primer. My 600 grit is getting clogged in three passes. Should I be wet sanding??

I believe this is a dry only sand paper, but it usually works as if it wet sanding. I Have only ever used it as dry in place of rounds of wet sanding. The main issue that I ran into was having to de-dust the paper often. With urethane it should be the same as with auto paint and primer.

Q: is TOTAL DRY only for dry sanding, not for wet sanding?

There are no issues using this product wet, but you will lose out on the benefits of dry sanding. Total Dry Sanding results in less preparation, less mess, instant progress monitoring, sanding delicate paints, and more.

Q: Is one kit enough for two headlights or does each headlight need one kit?

Absolutely, more than enough. I've used one kit for 4 headlights at this point. This "paper" is incredibly long lasting. Just blow out the dust and build-up in the paper with compressed air, and keep on using it. Each "sheet" is perforated to split into two pieces sized for the hand pad, so you actually get 4 pieces of each grade 600, 800 and 1200. A single piece (half-sheet) of 600 and single piece of 800 should be enough for 2 headlights. 2 pieces at most.

Amazing sanding sheets – worth it

I picked up the 600 and 800 grit packs after seeing them recommended in a YouTube video, and I’m really impressed. Superior Abrasive Sheets

Quite expensive, but probably the best sheet abrasive I've found for fine tuning nitro lacquer and shellac. Plus it seems to last well and not load up like regular wet and dry. Any accumulation can be wiped off with a towel. Produces and almost flawless result ready for final polish. Highly recommend.

Incredible!

incredible! Excellent for precision work like flattening clear nitrocellulose lacquer sprayed on a guitar body. It’s very flexible, works with a variety of backing pads (firm or soft) and easily sands curved areas without inadvertently sanding through to the primer or wood. Best of all it does not load up with dust, if some dust accumulates it will easily wipe off on an old towel. Much easier and higher quality than wet sanding, especially on irregular surfaces.

Best sandpaper I've found

This stuff is great. Best sandpaper I've used. Got it (and some higher girt pads) to polish up an unfinished hardwood guitar neck and was amazed at the performance and super satisfied with the results.

Way too expensive. It cleans out with compressed air or by wiping on a towel.

Super High quality and even higher price

I really like these sanding sheets. They are top quality and last much longer than traditional sandpaper even of high quality. However, unless you have a backer of some type, its just too flimsy to give you good sanding without rolling or binding. Also the price is ridiculously high for the sandpaper. Its still my favorite sandpaper so far, but just not something I can purchase all the time because of the price.
