Buyer Beware: Disappointing Quality -Quality is not great and Amazon will not fix the issue
I had high hopes for this 3-piece sectional couch from Amazon, but unfortunately, my experience has been nothing short of disappointing. Firstly, the delivery was over a week late, causing inconvenience as I had already sold my previous furniture to make room for this one. While Amazon attempted to rectify the delay with a discount, it didn't make up for the frustration.Upon finally receiving the couch, the quality was appalling. The cushions were the biggest letdown—they were nothing like the advertised plushness. Instead, they were uncomfortably hard, resembling rocks more than cushions. When I contacted Amazon to address this issue, they refused to replace the cushions or offer any further assistance, citing the discount I received for the delayed delivery as sufficient compensation, even though it was for an entirely different reason.Despite my willingness to cooperate, Amazon's customer service was unhelpful and inflexible. I suggested options like sending replacement cushions or exchanging the entire couch for a new one, but they wouldn't accommodate any of my requests. Now, I'm left with a subpar couch that doesn't meet my expectations and no support from the company.In summary, I strongly advise against purchasing this couch. The quality is far below acceptable standards, and the lack of support from Amazon's customer service team only adds to the frustration. Save yourself the hassle and look elsewhere for your furniture needs. Buyer beware.

Happy with my sectional
The only disappointment was that the brackets didn't fit, but I made it work. I really like the sectional and that fact that it gave my living room life.

Looks very cheap, good for stop gap but difintely not something that will impress anyone.

Worse quality ever! Terrible
If I could give it a zero I would. I purchased this exact same couch a while back and it was great, but this one is terrible. The quality has gone completely downhill. The stuffing inside is so flat it won’t fluff up like they claim. It’s totally flat, ugly and uncomfortable. Definitely terrible quality. Don’t buy it!
