Does what it says on the bottle. Good vitamin servings. Bonus of not giving an upset stomach like some cheaper brands. Definitely worth the money. Love that they come in a sustainable glass bottle too!

A great multivitamin tablet BUT they are too big to swallow and have to cut into three!! Probably will not buy again due to this reason!

I love Solgar products, but these tabs are too big to swallow. I cut them in half, but wish they were smaller.
