Using it after my AMH level went down. Easy to swallow and quality

I was taking this along with ubiqinol (high potency co q 10), a prenatal, high quality fish oil, and vitamin c while we did fertility treatments. This was the 4th time we have done fertility medication due to my egg quality being bad. The last 3 times, I had 2 eggs but only 1 fertilized due to quality issues. This time around though, I had 2 eggs and BOTH were good quality and I am now 12 weeks pregnant with twins! I can’t say if this specific thing helped get much better egg health this time, as I was taking it with other things for 3 months prior, but in my previous fertility cycles I did not take it but did take the other stuff. Anyways I’m writing this review because I’m 36 with pcos and egg quality issues and I did have much better egg health this time around! I would recommend taking it with high quality ubiquinol (200-400 mg a day) or ubiquinone, high quality fish oil omega 3 (1000+ a day), and vitamin C (I was taking 1000mg a day). And of course take a prenatal too. Make sure to take it 3 months prior to conception since eggs start maturing then! Good luck!

I have been taking these for 3+ years, when I started my ttc journey and at first I didn’t think much of it but when I stoped for a few weeks I noticed that my period symptoms were so bad! This actually helped with so much more! It does make a difference when you use them long term, I’m 36 and have levels above average for my egg quality count! So happy to know this helped me this far at preserving my egg quality.

I started this supplement to help with conception in combination with CoQ10 and their prenatal. There is really no smell to them which is huge considering some other supplements have a very strong odor. The capsules are a good size that are easy to swallow. I take 2 capsules at night before bed and do not notice any side effects. I love how Needed is committed to using high quality ingredients that are at the optimal dosage. The price reflects the quality which is very important to me. Would recommend to anyone trying to have a baby.

Very effective product

Mixed feelings on this. Without CoQ10, the ingredients in this egg quality supplement don’t do the job. I’ve spend a lot of time trying to lower my supplement intake from 36 pills a day, and I cut out CoQ10. This supplement should not be sold with CoQ10 or CoQ10 should be added into the egg quality supplement if possible. I did not rebuy because there is such thing as supplements fatigue. I’ve heard amazing things about needed, I’m taking their prenatal and appreciate the clean ingredients in their products!!
