I got these to try & help w/ the foot instability from a pair of oversized stilletos. The size gap is too large to try & compensate w pads. But that's not the fault of the pads. These would likely be effective for shoes that are too roomy by about a half size. The pads themselves are nice. Strong, durable, adequate thickness & ideal contours for heel placement. I don't see any issues at all with the adhesive. It's strong & I was even able to effectively reposition one. Absolutely ideal for blisters or uncomfortable shoe backings.

*edit* The cushions didn't work for me but the customer service is top notch!They don't hold for longer than a day. Very disappointing. I'm on the 4th pair this week. The cushion is great, they just don't stick well.

After significant weight loss I went down from a size 5 to a size 4 -- most shoe manufacturers don't make a size 4. As a result so many of my closed shoes essentially became gigantic clown shoes on me. Most back of heel pads I've purchased previously are ridiculously thin, more so intended for blister prevention than to close a gap in shoe size. These are very generously padded that the fit of these can close an entire shoe size gap. However, these are very smooth so it may still cause some heel slippage so this may only work in some instances but not all. The shape is very odd -- I had to trim down the rounded part at the bottom and make it straight for the pad to fit into my shoes. The adhesive is very sticky so I would imagine peeling these off will not be fun if you ever need to do so. It was difficult to get my fingers to pull away from the adhesive upon application into my shoes. I just applied all six today to both flats and heels so tbd on how these will wear over time, but for now I am very happy these were able to do what I previously needed up to 4 adhesives (comb between heel pad/shoe insert) to do.

Helped cushion a heel, these are quite thick, made the shoe a little smaller as a result. Sticks on tightly, so much so you might want to try it without sticking it on as very hard to pry off once it sticks.

I recently tried these heel grips to help with slipping and blisters in a few pairs of shoes, and overall, they delivered on comfort and fit. The adhesive backing was strong enough to keep them in place, even after multiple wears. The cushioning made a noticeable difference, especially in heels that were slightly too big or stiff at the back.

These worked great! I bought a pair of slip on boot shoes that were just a little too big. I used these to pad the back and now they fit nicely. These have a good cushion and adhere well.

I've used similar products for many years as I have "problem" feet-always purchasing wide width and sizing up to accommodate. These cushions are by far the best I've tried. The adhesive stays in place better than any other, they cushion as they should and take up the bit of extra length in the shoe as needed. Will definitely keep repurchasing!
