Ajinomoto Seasoning Japanese Chicken Stock Powder 200g Pack Of 2 Including Measuring Spoon

This is a MUST in my kitchen. I have been using this product for years, and used in Japanese cooking often. It gives great flavor and can be used for many dishes. It is pricy, but little bit of this seasoning goes a long way! These two bags will last for many months. I will keep buying in the future!

I’m a fan of almost anything from Japan, but I use this in cooking Japanese cuisine. Yes, it’s all in Japanese, but it’s just chicken stock. I usually use one teaspoon per cup of hot water. Unlike American bullion it’s not as salty, and is lighter in color. This is not a powder to be used in big batch recipes, but rather delicate Japanese foods. Yes, it’s more expensive than what we’re used to, but I find that it’s not interchangeable.

Amazon kept delaying the delivery. Received 40 days after the order (I had to contact the customer support for the delay). And there’s no measuring spoons included! Product is good but I’d buy from somewhere else next time.
