My key fob had been dropped several times and would no longer stay together. I ordered this and put my internal computer part inside and it works perfectly. If you order your exact match, you'll have no problems.

Replacement worked perfectly! Would highly recommend if looking to replace a broken remote case.

Perfect fit for my 2017 mustang, was a little difficult getting it snapped together for the first time.

There are no directions, so pay attention to the fob's assembly. The replacement fob does not include the battery install sheet that shows the positive and negative positions of the two fob batteries. The sheet serves as an insulator. The original fob has a small plastic post to hold the battery direction and insulator sheet. This replacement fob does not, so you will need to remove the insulator sheet and use it in the new fob case. The top battery is not held in very well and fell out of place when reassembling the components. Otherwise the fit and finish are just as tight as the original ford key fob. Snapping the fob components together can be a challenge but a small blade screwdriver or knife blade helps. Be patient and expect to set the panic alarm off once or twice. For the price, I ordered two cases should I need to replace the original second car fob.

This fob was kind of a nightmare to get together. We got it and it's holding. It works great, the material feels a bit cheap but nothing a cover can't fix. The buttons work well. I would get this again

Parts do fit together properly makes unusable waste if money! Also smaller than original key fob!
