Cool one thing best one can get

I contacted customer care multiple times, explained clearly that the product is not working, but their responses were slow, careless and totally unsatisfactory. It feels like once the payment is done, the customer is no longer important to them..

Spotify does not work, and connect with other app songs not enough. Otherwise product ok, i wanted to listen Acharya Prashant at this, but on other app not available
