So, this brand, amazing formulas, was a higher dose at an overall lower cost for me than other brands I use. I did a six month trial and in the first month where I did not use msm, I had to go back to it as I was using I ibuprofen for pain, within four days, I was feeling so much better and more flexible and the hard, physical work I do was tolerable. Especially in my hands I can say that I don't have "lock up" at all with regular msm use no matter how hard I work.
