Value for the money
I have been wearing these for two weeks now, very comfortable and durable, true to size. A little stiff out of the box, but after two days they fit perfect. I expect more life out of the shoes than previous models, the stitching is flawless, the soles are heavy duty and seem to have more support than what i'm used to. Good value for the money, and if they perform like I think they will I will definitely buy them again.

Great shoe
I genuinely like this shoe. I walk for a living and look for something comfortable yet sturdy. Makes sense to explore the options of a brand that makes hiking shoes. It steps like a boot - sturdy and sure footed, with great traction. But is generally comfortable like a sport shoe. I wore two pair of socks the first time to add padding while breaking them in. Walked through wet grass (not standing puddles) all day and my feet were dry at the shift's end. The look is good but would prefer less mesh. Overall great shoe.

Runs a little big
The are comfortable and seem well made. I usually wear merrell boots for work so i expect them to hold up. Only issue is they run slightly big. I wear 9 wide in every other shoe/boot i own but i feel like I could size down to 8.5 wide with these

Great shoes and boots made!
As far as I am concerned, the best shoe in the market! Third pair. First pair are thirteen years old and still comfortable to wear although a little rough now. Second pair are eight years old and still in good shape. I bought the Merrell winter boots two years ago and they are in excellent shape. These new shoes meet all of my standards for the money!

Solid, comfortable, reliable, non-slip sole.
These are my new work shoes since Adidas Terrex are no longer made. I thought long and hard about choosing Solomon or Merrell, but settled on Merrell because it has a good upper, thick, elastic and non-slip sole - all the criteria that meet my work requirements. The laces wear out quickly, but you can buy durable ones. They stay on your foot well and comfortably. Price matches quality. Aggressive tread sole with good grip. And also a beautiful color and you looks tacticool 😁👍🏻

unusually large & grippy & heavy & the Merrell Moab sneaker's ''tongue'' digs into my feet
This is my review for the Merrell Moab 3 Tactical sneaker Pros: This sneaker is unusually large for its advertised size & it has a very grippy (sticky) bottom. Cons: This sneaker's ''tongue'' is stiff & it digs into my feet. Another "con" is that these sneakers are heavy. A minor complaint is these sneakers are larger than all other brands at the same advertised size. A minor complaint is the color is much darker than pictured on my computer screen (which is fairly accurate in its colors & my eyesight sees all colors very well). I bought the ''Dark Coyote'' color and it is the darkest ''coyote'' color of any product that I ever purchased, yet in hindsight, the advertisement does indicate ''Dark Coyote''. The weight of these sneakers is ''heavier'' than all the other sneakers that I own. These sneakers are heavier than the heavy weight sneakers made by Skechers that I own. Next time I might purchase a PUMA or FILA or New Balance since those 3 brands (which I currently own) are lighter weight than Skechers and Merrell. BTW - For potential customers that want to know where these Merrell sneakers were made, the answer is India (according to the little tag on these sneakers). 12/06/2025 addition: "ALLSWIFIT" sneakers & "Skechers Slipins" are light weight & more comfortable.

This shoe conquers all terrains
Held up nicely to the daily grind last summer and still looks like new. Nothing coming apart at the seams whatsoever. In hindsight, I should have purchased the wide, because this took a few wears to be broken in, but once it did it was very comfortable. UPDATE: 1.23.26 It's been about 2yrs now, and they still look brand new after wearing them hundreds of times. If I see dirt/dust after wearing them, immediately I take it off with a soft bristle brush. They have seen some serious walking and the occasional rain. I'm very impressed that they look as good as the day I first laid eyes on them. Also, I'm happy I didn't chose the wide, I suffered a little until they broke in, but now they're a great fit, and without the dreaded front crease.
