Safe around new puppies.
I have always been able to trust the Bona name, so I thought I’d give this a try. As a cleaning product I’d probably rate it **. As I received a puppy for my birthday, it’s terrific for cleaning puppy messes. The fact that those messes are cleaned up immediately, has very little scent and is SAFE around “Max” (who shows no interest in house breaking), I’ve reordered once already and will probably be placing it on auto-shipping. Finally, the price compared to other products especially promoted for this issue is great. Give it a try, you won’t be disappointed!!!!!

The Stuff of Dreams…
For some time now I’ve been solely using multipurpose cleaners by Sapadilla and while I adored their scents and non-toxic ingredients, they always left streaks on my countertops and were pricier. I didn’t need more cleaners since I still had several bottles left, yet I couldn’t resist ordering this one out of curiosity. The pricing was much fairer and it came in a larger capacity. This was 24 oz versus Sapadilla’s 16 oz. The lavender scent was there yet faint. As for the results, it worked like a charm! I couldn’t believe my eyes - streaks no more. Move over, Sapadilla, I’m sticking with Bona now.

refreshing scent for a cleaning product.
Daughter has a lot of allergies/sensitivities...so when I saw Basil cleaner, I was hooked. It's refreshing scent...pretty all purpose...and has reputable name. I use it on glass, granite, quartz, and painted surfaces.

It's...not great
I bought this cleaner mainly because of the scent. Citrus and basil are my favorites. Unfortunately, it barely has any scent, and what scent it does have is not much different from Lysol multi-purpose cleaner, which is a lemon scent. No basil at all. Its fine as a cleaner, not better or worse than any other, but I won't repurchase it because it doesn't live up to its promised scent.
