Highly recommend
This dvd is excellent! The exercises are the same as some of the ones we do in my class, which means I can practice at home without the extra cost of going to another class. The exercises are described very clearly and done at a good pace.

Very good pilates class to do at home
Very good DVD, easy to follow and very safe movements. This was the second DVD I ordered the first jumped so much I couldn't watch it.

This is a good DVD to progress to once you feel confident with the APPI Pilates for lower back pain.

A very gentle workout-ideal for beginners
I love this DVD. The instructions are very clear and easy to follow throughout. It is split into sections so that you can do as much or as little you have time for. The background music is calming which is nice and relaxing. Can highly recommend if you're new to pilates as it's not at an intermediate level as the cover suggests.
