Great design
Great product but one of the back plates is missing. We just found out and cannot order as spare parts are in UK ... Can you help please?

Really pleased with the product the design it's awesome. Easy to install, nicely fits and it's surprisingly sturdy.

Brackets are likely to be missing until packaging issue is addressed
Love this item, great product and great value. You can easily take the whole rod off the concealed fixings for decorating, only bug bare with it is the packaging. I've bought two of these now and both were missing one of the concealed brackets as they fall out the window on the front for viewing the product in the box. Putting the brackets in a bag with the fixings would easily sort this issue.

Second best product but the most available to buy
I rate this product as second best because in terms of wall adhesion is not that good.It has a high chance that it will come off the wall at the point it was fixed.If you are using heavy curtains like the velvet ones or if you are using both poles ( witch you will that is way you buying this product) then be prepared to fix your wall when they come down.I definitely recommend using different plugs then the ones it comes with - those will not hold.I used stronger plugs and so far I have no problem.The gap from the wall it bothers me, I see it as a design flaw that is the reason this product has so many problems and bad reviews.The one in the middle is "Umbra" and the other two are "Mayrhyme"I bought "Umbra" because it is more available for sale, the other one is better but is sold quickly and the longer version is hard to come by.

Weak
Looked amazing and was so happy that they went up easy, central support was missing and now just over 3 months later I have a million holes in my wall where it keeps pulling out of every fixing I've used (dot and dab over brick.. used a drill and extra long screws for a brick hold as well as trying plasterboard screws and plasterboard brackets) . Now the slide on part of the curtain pole has snapped, Meaning I can't even diy this thing to work. Also limited on head size of screws as its very tight for space. Waste of 50 pound.
