John & Grace ❤️
This book has so many laugh out loud moments and is mega swoon worthy! With a little bit of frustration sprinkled on top! You can’t be surprised as it is called “The Mistake” 😂 I loved everything about it, I read it in one go! I only rated four stars as I just think it missed a little something.. I can’t pin point what that something is just yet! I would definitely recommend though. I’m yet to be disappointed with any Elle Kennedy book yet! The list that Grace writes is so jokes. And it’s even funnier when Logan tries to complete them 😂 I’ll let you read it to see for yourselves 😆🫶🏻

Loved Logan
John Logan is such a gem, I absolutely loved his character and how determined he was to get the girl he wanted. Grace was sweet and hilarious and very likeable. I loved their relationship, how they handled the tough stuff and moved forward and especially their banter.Amazing book.

The Mistake
I did the same thing I did with The Deal and started reading this to realise I'd read it before. It wasn't till I was half way through that I realised I knew the ending therefor I must have read it before!Nevermind it was still a really pleasant reread. I love the level of sport v's college life v's romance that Elle includes in these books. The relationships and camaraderie between the the Briar U boys makes these so enjoyable for me.Book 2 sees us delve into the life of Garrett's best friend John Logan, by the end of book 1 it's pretty clear Logan has developed feelings for Garrett's girlfriend but it's also pretty clear he won't do anything about the feelings. I'm glad book 2 picks up where book 1 finishes, so there's very little catching up to do. Logan almost immediately meets Grace and there's a pretty instant attraction between them both. The only thing that let this down for me was parts Logan's character in the beginning. He was a little pushy at first and for a long time I wasn't sure his feeling were actually genuine and not just physical. I softened towards him as the book went on and ended up really liking him.I enjoyed this a lot and I'm really interested to see if I start book 3 and realise I've read it before too. I'm *pretty* sure I haven't. But who knows!

perfect
One of best Elle’s books, I haven’t read loads, but all I can say is that she is amazing and she does touch the hardest bits of people hearts, and her stories is not only “surface” but much more deeper and teaches you how to love and forgive!

A sweet ride
Yes, this was a sweet ride with small bumps in the middle. I’ve never gone to college but looking at people’s lives, parties, dramas… I think I didn’t miss anything. My husband says I was born old and only getting older since, and he might be right. Just this once 😂But going back to the book, it was sweet. It had a similar pattern as book no 1 and it was also easy to read and enjoyable. This should be a great step up from YA romance books, an introduction to adult smut, for readers that feel they need something more than just kissy kissy on their pages. And if you’re more experienced smut reader? We’ll, then sometimes it’s nice to go back to vanilla flavours 😂

I am hooked and already loving this series!
Instantly, from the first few lines I was already hooked with The Mistake and in love with John Logan. Everything about this book - both Grace and Logan, the originality to the storyline, the humour, the romance - all of it I absolutely loved. There were no dull moments or moments where I couldn't connect with the story; it was all perfect to me, and from start to finish I was consumed with this story. It's only the second book of the Off-Campus series, but it's already my favourite, and The Mistake is easily one of my favourite reads of this year so far.Logan is in love with his best friend's girlfriend. It's a tough situation for him, seeing her everywhere and always in his house and not being able to have her. But when he meets Grace, a freshman at Briar University, it all changes for him. Turns out he's not in love with Hannah, but he does want something she has, and that's a relationship... with anyone... with Grace. But he only realises that too late, because by the time he realises that he does like Grace and not Hannah, and he wants a relationship with Grace, it's too late. He's already humiliated and pushed Grace away, and she's determined to now stay as far away from Logan as possible. This book was hilarious. It was cute. It was romantic. It had me hooked from start to finish and I loved every single second of reading it. There were times where I wanted to shake Logan for being the idiot he was and doing the mistake he did in letting Grace go, but then I wanted to high five him, because now that the summer holidays are over and it's time to go back to school, his feelings for Grace have not changed, and he's ready to get her back. And there were many times where I wanted to high five and cheer Grace on when she didn't give in to Logan right away when he tried to get her back. She made him work for her forgiveness and for a second chance, and the things she made him do... They were amazing and had me laughing so hard; heck, a lot of scenes in this book had me laughing out loud. I loved it, and I'm now super excited to get started on reading the next book in this series.
