Installed on wall.put batteries in .used liquid soap soft soap dollar tree brand. Red light is coming on,but no soap comes out. . Wasted soap and time.I was looking forward to this being an artist and crafter and cooking hobbyist,I thought this be handy hands free for messy hands keep the bath room neater.oh well stuff happens 😪 bad Chinese product even the Chinese to English manual is bad grammar and product description very difficult to understand. Would not recommend wasted soap as well.

I installed the average quality plastic ones and replaced them twice. I decided to go with this cheaper version, with the idea that because it’s touchless, people won’t break it. So far it outlasted the one next to it so I’ll definitely buy these again. It dispenses the perfect amount, no leaking. It doesn’t look fancy, and it’s not fancy, but it’s simple and works great! One thing that surprised me, it has an on and off button. I would prefer for it not to have it so mean people don’t turn them off haha

I'm overly cautious when it comes to germs so I really liked the idea of having an automatic soap dispenser. It's very easy to fill and holds a lot of soap. The dispenser requires AA batteries which are not included and it comes with mounting hardware. I had hoped it was attached via 3m tape because I have a big mirror behind my sink but it will have to be mounted in my main bathroom instead. This can't be installed in a shower as a shampoo dispenser either as its not waterproof. Overall I like it but I am concerned it will be difficult to change the batteries if they die while soap is in it...

Great product! Works well in the classroom.
