Durable and good quality

Fits nicely in Vault 800
I replaced the factory foam with this version of foam as it offers a more sturdy platform and I did not have to cut anything out of it if I don't want to. The factory stuff was cheap and did not offer much with customizing as it just flaked apart. This is very sturdy and made for easy modification to add items in the case while still having rifles in it as well and cutting was simple and nicely done.

Works very well but is a but challenging to cut; it is what it is and I don't think you can do anything about that.

Used this not only for my rifle case, but also for a camera case. It's easy to cut and customize. Highly recommend

A Good Product
A good product. Alittle on the pricey side but overall I was happy with my purchase. You may need to trim this to fit your specific case needs. Overall, it provide a very good amount of protection. Recommend.

Not a good fit
I'm not yet decided on this product. This foam is not a match to the original pelican foam density and it also does not match the case dimensions. This product is cut at right angles and leaves a gap between the foam and the case body on all 4 sides. It will likely work for my use but I think it would be a poor choice for heavy or rough use. I like the concept of this foam but the execution is poor.

Custom case foam
Used in conjunction with my SKB case for a custom fit for a long range precision rifle. 1.5" top and bottom with 2" custom cut with hot knife. Worked perfectly.
