Pioneer DEH-X6800DAB Car Stereo with DAB+ Tuner/USB/Aux-in

I would recommend this stereo, but just remember that it doesn't come with a DAB areal and your have to get 1.

The unit on 1st unpacking looks good quality and well made. Very simple to install just fit the cage and connect the wire, the unit was working within minutes.The instructions are a little simple lacking in detail for anything more than basic. The sound quality is good and the head unit will not disappoint.There is however a fundamental floor in the product, on trying to connect the unit to a samsung galaxy s8+ the unit does not want to play ball. On searching google for an answer all the comments I can find is it doesn't support newer smart phones.A little disappointed but I plan on buying a usb stick and playing music his this.

Works perfectly and is very intuitive to set up. Easy operation, and the button lighting is better on this model than previous versions. Almost infinitely possible colour combinations for the display and keys means there is something for everyone's taste and situation here.The DAB stations tuning was easy. First stage is the unit seems to search and log all stations, then you can cycle through them and store the ones you want to keep, with a prolonged press of a numbered button. Allowing up to 18 stations to be memorised.There are a similar number of FM stations that can be memorised too.Sound is clean and powerful all round. I particularly like the way Pioneer handles playing mp3 files, with no appreciable pause between tracks, even if random option is chosen, I.e. no gaps between tracks that shouldn't be there. This works with either CD based files or USB based files.

This is one of the best DAB+ car radios that I have had. Very easy to install, make sure you purchase the Pioneer DAB antenna which sticks on your windscreen. It's brilliant, great reception all the station's. Well happy, great price arrived early, like I said brilliant.
