Recommend for large trucks semis work equipment and so on. Working on a scratch build ship and this will do the trick. It has an esc that hooks up to the motor esc so when it revs up so does the sound. The sound is loud and sounds better under some covering. Highly recommend.

Cumple exactamente lo ofrecido. No tiene sonido de cambio de marcha, únicamente sonido de neutro y cuatro o cinco aumentos de revoluciones sin cambiar de marcha. Le quité una estrella por que la explicación de la instalación es muy floja, me tocó guiarme con el video del review de JV. Pero el producto cumple lo ofrecido, lo recomiendo 100%. La instalación toma menos de 1 minuto, no se necesitan herramientas. Solo es sacar un socket y meter el otro socket, eso es todo. Lo instalé en Redcat Gen 8 Scout. Creo que todos los carritos vienen igual de fácil de instalar. Vean el video Exactly the product offered. No soun of change, just neutral and 4 or 5 steps increasing RPM, bou no change. The stra lost is because the instruccion can be better. I get directions from JV review. Great product, really easy to install once you now. I have no experience whit rc electronics. I have instaled on a Redcat Gen 8 V2 Scout, just take aout one socket and plug one socket, tha is all. Less than 1 minute to do it, no tool needed. By the days, all rc cars come that easy to install this speaker, no doubts!

The package arrived on time I hooked this up and it work right out of the box. The bad. it only worked for 5 minutes and I had to disassemble the truck...Buyer be ware

Great addition to my SCX24!

Used it in my Kyosho Blizzard snowcat to emulate the diesel engine. Does the job. Found out during the installation that there is no need to connect to the battery balancing plug. The power drawn from the ESC is sufficient to get the sound on. That actually is much better arrangement because the sound does not come on until one turns the RC model on. Otherwise some kind of switch controlled by one of the available channels would have to be used to control the ON and OFF conditions.
