Not for MTB
The assembly has a nice finish and is sturdy however it does not fit a 2.5" mtb tire as it describes. While a 2.5" tire will fit in the tray, even with a low profile aluminum rim there is no way to get the wheel and tire into the hook. It does work nicely for my gravel bike however. Good product, just don't purchase for a MTB.
