Based on visual inspection, everything is ok and the contents delivered is as described.

Also had error 3 like the first reviewer. The 2 wires in the 4 pin plug were soldered to the wrong 2 prongs in the plug. Resoldered onto the other 2 prongs and now it works. Hope this helps anyone else that gets this error.

I bought this straight cutting head for my Arcdroid CNC Robot to keep the cord from getting in the way while cutting. First, I noticed when I opened the package the product appeared to be used ( I bought a brand new one) as the handle and hose were dirty. When I hooked it up my Arcfony Cut 53 N Pro plasma cutter (which is only 1 month old) it kept showing and Error code of 03 which means there's a problem with the Torch head not being insulated or there's a short (this straight out of the Arcfony book that came with the machine). One reason I bought this straight tip is because it advertises it is compatible with my plasma cutter and the ease of connecting. I am disappointed that it did not work, as I'm no dummy when it comes to this stuff. I am returning it for a refund and will use the handle that came stock with my Arcfony. These pics are the results of the stock handle that came with my Arcfony Plasma cutter. Another very disappointing thing about Arcfony is there is absolutely ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE TO HELP TROUBLESHOOT,....YOU'RE DEFINITELY ON YOUR OWN!!! I am very happy with the Arcfony Cut 53 N Pro as it has produced some fantastic results (see pica).....but the straight tip ARRIVED BROKEN, DIRTY AND DID NOT WORK. Again this is just my experience and can only hope this is helpful.
