I have never used a wireless heat pack for the eyes before so I didn't have many expectations on what to expect. I’m glad that I bought this style as I can use it anywhere instantly. It heats for 15 minutes then shuts off. I can use it at least 4 or 5 times before having to recharge the battery. I like that I can wash the cover of the mask in the washing machine and I let it air dry. It is very comfortable to sleep with on as the under material is satin. My eyes was always dry and I have a big eyebags because of I work in the nightshift and I think so this eye mask help my eyes not to be dry and makes me relax why using it.

I think this eye mask is brilliant. I have dry eyes and I find this helps me with that and it’s so easy to use with two heat settings. I prefers the lower setting as it’s not as hot as the first setting. I use it twice a day and charged it up every four days as I just don’t want it to run out when I need it. Very easy to charge, cable comes with it and the cover can be easily taken off the eye mask to wash it. Over all 10/10, could not be without this eye mask now.

I haven’t had it long but my first impression is good. A good fit and the heat is fine for me plus it remains constant rather than cool down like the microwave ones. I bought it for travelling and it will be ideal for that. A minor complaint is that I would have liked a bit more info such as how long it holds its heat after charging, such as using it a couple of times a day or does it have to be charged for every single use. I can’t give it 5 stars as I haven’t had it long enough to test it over time or wash it. So far, it meets my need for a non microwave heat pad.To update - after several weeks use I have bought another one as I am going away and this mask is so great that I don’t want to be without it should anything go wrong with the first one. It’s used twice daily and is perfect.

Very comfy and the warmer temperature is just right. I need to do 10 minutes daily and the instructions don't advise that the battery needs recharging very frequently - on the 3rd day for me. Other than that much easier to use than previous microwave ones.

I love this product and use it every day. I bought the product in October 2023 and then in April 2024, it became faulty and would turn itself off frequently. I contacted Aroma Season directly and was in touch with Ada who asked me to send details of the fault and a video. Once it was confirmed that the product was faulty, they kindly sent me a new one as it was covered under the 1 year warranty. Thank you for very good customer service - now I can continue using my much loved product.

I purchased these for blepharitis and they worked perfectly for 6months and then the connection stopped charging. Now they are useless. I made a complaint via Amazon as these had a year guarantee, but they have not responded. Would I buy again? Absolutely not!
