I have a two year old Maine Coon who is pretty much perfect except since he has no cat playmates he plays with me. I use a pheromone diffuser to keep him from getting too aggressive when he plays with me like another cat. I was using the best Comfort Zone but it was starting to not be as effective. I had a b Serene spray that was way out of date and I sprayed it on a bathroom rug. My cat immediately started rolling on the rug like it was catnip so I tried the diffuser. I can say it has made a difference in his comfort. He’s much more relaxed when resting. He rarely goes under the bed to nap now. He naps on top of the bed or on one of his cat trees. Every cat is different so I can’t say it works for the stated issues since my cat doesn’t have them but for my situation it works very well.

I should have paid more attention to the reviews and noted that many are from receiving a free product. I was hopeful this would work, but after plugging the unit in, it got pretty hot. I didn't want to leave it plugged in at that temperature without being home, but when I unplugged it and moved it (very carefully!) to the bathroom, it started dripping oil from around the rim at the top. So now I have oil spots on my carpet that won't come out. I didn't leave it in long enough to know if it works but unless you are planning to leave it plugged in all the time, I wouldn't buy due to leaking!

Worked better than other brands. Didn't halt all the bad behavior, but I have 13 indoor cats, all with their own personalities.

I watched over it because the last diffuser of a different brand also leaked. Sure enough, it leaked right after I ordered the refill. However it gets another star for truly calming my anxious, food aggressive cat within hours. I’m going to experiment with bserene by NOT plugging it in. I have a bserene refill and am going to stick a couple bamboo skewers in it, to let it diffuse naturally and not pull on the power grid. We will see what happens.

So we have one high strung cat, on top of that we had a house fire that led to multiple relocations in a short period of time so she was super stressed. Started peeing on things. All the things. I was at my wits end after trying multiple products and suggestions. This plugin seems to have done the trick! Not only have we had no more incidents but our anxious cat has become more affectionate. Actually all three of our cats have become so, so win win. Also if you have a Feliway base, these will fit in it. I have one base of each but the feliway didn’t seem to work compared to this brand.

Probably need to use this in a small room, not an open floor plan. Unfortunately, other than the bathrooms, the doors are always open. It didn't seem to help calm down my one cat that I can't touch. Although I've had her since she was a kitten, I'm not allowed to touch or really get near her. I keep hoping I can find something that will make her a little bit calmer so I can actually pick her up.

As a cat behavior professional I have used a lot of medicine and pheromones to affect behavior. So far I have not seen much, if any, success with pheromone products, but I wanted to give this brand a choice (have done every version of Feliway for many years with many cats). The vial lasted a long time, longer than Feliway, so I liked that. There appeared to be no effect on either of the cats in the house. I did dig into the patents for the product and as far as I can remember it is pretty much the same thing as one of the Feliway products.
