REALLY WANTED TO LOVE THIS.....BUT NO
I already own a stainless steel pan set but needed a small stainless steel frying pan to fry eggs, bacon etc. Particularly after watching the movie D**k Waters, which totally turned me off of non stick pans. After alot of searching I settled in this one. Received quickly. I really wanted to lovr this frying pan & used several times to give it a fair chance before leaving this review. Pros:1. Has a nice heft to it weighing 685g,2. Stainless steel3. Petfect size4. Cleans very well after cookingThat's it.Cons:1. Massive sticky label stuck on the inside of the frying pan. Soaked in hot water & soap & still couldn't get it off. Boiled it with hot water & soap & then STILL has to use a knife to get a load of it off. Really p****d me off as there is a laser printed brand name on the bottom of the pan. It could be I compromised the integrity of the pan trying to get this super glued label off stuck slap bang on the inside of the frying pan!2. Everything sticks. Items have to be swimming in oil for it to dry and even then after a while starts to stick..3. For the price I expect a frying pan I can actually use! Without having to get a shovel to get the food out of it with half the food stuck to the frying pan!Honestly if the pan was cheaper I would buy it again leave the the label to soak ( hopefully off) for 3/4 days ( shouldn't have to but there you go) and see if doing with without using a knife to get the label off Makes any difference to how things fry in it. Very disappointed. I really tried with this frying pan since delivery 2 weeks ago but it's just not working for me.

A really good value, dishwasher-safe stainless steel frying pan with a 10 year guarantee
Dimensions and weight: width 8.5 inches (21.5 cm); inner base 5.5 inches (14 cm); handle just under 8 inches (20 cm). Weight is just over 1 lb (662 g). So it's 3 inches smaller at the base than the top. This is a useful-sized frying pan if you just want to cook small amounts. As you’ll see from my dimensions note, the inner base measurement is small; I have another similar-sized frying pan whose inner base measurement is larger. This is down to the design of the pan with its relatively tall, gently sloping sides. The handle is a good length, and has remained cool at its outer end during short cooking sessions - but I still always use an oven glove or similar as protection when lifting it off the cooker. The handle also has a cut-out so the pan can be hung from a hook if needed. The pan is hefty (but not over-heavy) for its size, with a good solid base; so it sits securely on the cooker and appears to heat evenly. I cooked small pancakes in it initially and they were a good consistent colour with no “hot spots”.

Ok
It is a good solid pan and the metal handle does not become hot to touch after prolonged use. Unfortunately burnt oil stains are very hard to remove from just a few fried eggs. Requires a regular amount of elbow grease and pink stuff to keep clean.

GenWare Nev 150 fry pan
This pan is ideal for only cooking eggs. Cook in butter and only wipe clean, do not wash and it will be superb and non stick.

Really good pans
I’ve had all kinds of pans over the years - non-stick, cast iron, you name it, but I’ve settled on these as they are excellent all-rounders and low maintenance. They are a good weight, very sturdy with riveted handles, and dishwasher safe. They have a substantial base that I find cooks food more evenly and you can get them as hot as you like without any non-stick coating to worry about. I’ve had the larger size pan in this range for a couple of years now and it’s used 3/4 times per week and is still going strong. It’s slightly ‘seasoned’ and you can’t see your face in it anymore but that’s quite normal.I highly recommend them, and to top it off they aren’t even that expensive.

good pan
A nice frying pan at a good price. Stainless steel, teflon free, and a good flat base. Condition it with hot oil before use and it's non-stick. If things go wrong, it's easy to clean with a scourer and start again. The diameter of the base is 14cm, perfect fit on the small ring.

Pretty damn good pan for the price
I was expecting the Genware pans to be cock, since everyone raves about their £100 tri-clad pans. These ones also have cladding, and honestly got no complaints. Seeing how everyone wants at least £40 for a cladded steel pan, these are fab.

Handle stays fairly cool
Good strong pan, fairly easy to clean but does become slightly discoloured. Good weight but not too heavy.
