Terrific Value
My 5'7 mom broke her pelvis and we went lift chair shopping. In town the chairs were $1,200! We rented one and ordered this. The packaging is HUGE and very sturdy, the kids will be playing in that box until they are 36! The chair is very high quality, fits her perfectly, she is only about 120 pounds so it had no problem getting her up and out. It isn't made for heavy lifting over a long period of time. The mechanism moved very fluidly and took her to a complete stand and lays back quite comfortably. She sat and slept in it for about 6 weeks and never had a problem. This has value, looks, and is made very nicely, do not hesitate to order one!

My grandparents love them!
We bought two of them for my grandparents, who are 88 and 91 years old. The just love them! They make so much easier to stand up and sit. They can sit comfortably all day without any problem. And they also look very nice in their living room

Comfortable
This chair is super comfy. Don't plan to watch a whole movie, if you are like me, you will fall asleep on the opening credits! I did add two bolsters at the neck and at the lower back. I am about 5' 7" and the leg extension is long enough to support me to the back of the heels. It does not Fully recline flat, but it does raise your feet--higher than the seat of the chair, and goes back far enough to make it comfortable to sleep in it. The fabric is soft, but fearing stains, I added a 4-pc cover for it, as well as a waterproof quilted cover over that. This is my first ever recliner and I wanted to protect it and make it last a long time. The undercarriage part works smoothly with a wired remote, and overall--the chair seems very well-built and sturdy. It was super simple to assemble, though the packaging was pretty awkward to get into the house. Oh! This chair will also stand you up! The only downside to this chair is that it is definitely NOT a "wall-hugger". It takes up quite a bit of space. On the whole, I'm liking it and may never actually make it to my bed again. :-D

I am so happy I bought this chair!
I was so reluctant to order a chair on Amazon without trying it and seeing it in person. I basically just listened to the good reviews. I am so happy I ordered it. It arrived a week ahead of schedule. It was packaged well. No problems, and it was put together in 15 minutes by a friend of mine. I suffer terribly with back issues, and this chair seems to eliminate all my pain. You can adjust it exactly the way you like it and what feels the most comfortable. It's so easy to get out of because it tilts forward. I couldn't be happier. The material is lovely, it's made well, and it's great for the price. I am a small woman - 5'-1" and only 125 lbs. It fits me perfect. My son has sat in it also and he's about 5'-7" and weights around 200 lbs. He said it's really comfortable. Hope this review helps. Oh, by-the-way, my cat loves it too! Ha!

Post-Op Great.
Two weeks exactly, out from rotator surgery. Had heard that a recliner was the was to go. This was a snap to put together, took 15 mins max. Thus far it has worked perfectly. Couldn't be more pleased. Am getting all the sleep I normally do, not taking any stiffness or soreness from sleeping. I'm 5'9" weigh 165 with a 32 waist. It is likely NOT suited well for anyone much beyond above greater as the leg rest would be a tad short. My heels are right up on the edge as is...but solid, comfy and thus far simple to use...perfect and cheaper post surgical option.

This chair is too high. My feet don't reach the floor.
I am 5'1" and I bought this chair because it was for petite people, but when I sit down in it, my feet don't reach the floor. I have to tilt the chair forward in order to put my feet on the floor .Also, the upholstery is pretty skimpy and doesn't hide the mechanism underneath. On top of that, this chair is too lightweight and slides backwards when I sit down.I guess it is worth the price, though. But if I knew that my feet wouldn't reach the floor when I sit in it, I would have gone to stores and tried out recliners to find one that was the right size for me. It just never occurred to me that this chair would be so high.

PERFECT LIFT CHAIR!
We ordered this for my 92yr old mom and she LOVES it! It is very sturdy an built well, goes together easily and directions are easy to understand. It took us longer to get it into the house and out of the box than it did to put together and have her sit in it. I like the feature that it has 3 "positions" where you can feel it hesitate before it continues to the next position. Mom also like the lumbar pillow because she complained with her previous chair that he back hurt and we always had to have a bed pillow behind her so this was a plus! We would recommend this for anyone who is in need of this type of chair. The price was better than another very popular online store and it was shipped and delivered within 3 days (without Prime) which was also fantastic!

My families experience
I ordered two of these chairs (One was ordered by accident) on November 6th. We attempted to send the first one back and they wanted us to pay 120$ to ship it back. Okay, I understand. There was not a defect at the time and no reason to ask them to pay for the shipping. So instead we decided to keep the chair as a spare just in case. On November 20th the motor started loudly clicking and occasionally dropping the seat with my father in it. My father has a lot of medical issues and is in his 80's. Now, they gurantee their chairs for at least 1 year and if there is an issue they will make it right. Yeah, okay. So thankfully we kept the other chair. We packed up the first chair, notified the company we would like to send it back and then waited on their response. Now they want a video of the chair acting up, want to send us a replacement motor that we have to install (which by us doing the work would violate any sort of warranty on the product - at least that is my understanding) and if we decide to send it back then to repackage it to be shipped at.... guess what? Our cost! All for a measly 120$To say my family is upset is an understatement. I was raised that if you sell a defective product that you work to make it right. NOT charge the buyer for YOUR broken product. Will we do business with them again? Nope. And I am going to make sure to warn people about them! So do not do business here. They don't stand by their products! At least, not unless you pay 120$ to ship their defective chairs back!
