I bought this for my TMJ issues, but found a great additional benefit to using this device! I have had increasingly loud tinnitus and this last round of the shrieking type is driving me nuts. I use a CPAP device at night and it plays hell with my ears, which then causes the painful noises in my ears to worsen. With regular use of this device, and learning just where to place it along my ear and jaw, I can temporarily knock back the loudness of my tinnitus! No idea if this will compound over time (fingers crossed!), but it sure does help.My PT, upon learning of this improvement, says to keep at it, several minutes in the AM and again in the PM, as I may be relaxing long-constricted muscles along a nerve on each side of my face that is causing some of the tinnitus. There is no cure, but there are many, many causes of ringing in the ears...and each one involves a different approach. This little device has been more help to me than all of the MDs and PTs put together. Will keep on using and see what happens! Even just a few hours with little or no background raging sounds is a relief!

I got this for my TMJ just to experiment if it could help. It seems like some people had positive experiences, so it's worth checking out to see if it's right for you. For me, it wasn't life-changing or anything. It's advertised as "gentle vibrations" but even on the lowest option, it still felt intense. I would attribute it more to the fact that when you put something that vibrates on your jaw, it feels like it's shaking your whole skull. So I can really only use it on the lowest setting. That skull shaking feeling is too intense for me, I feel it when I put it on my jaw and upper neck, so the only place that I've been able to use it on is my lower neck/shoulders, and potentially other parts like my back, but I don't think it can help my TMJ specifically unfortunately. I do like the sleek look and feel of it, and the new box that it comes in is nice. I know it was designed to be ergonomic, but it's unfortunate that it can pass off as an intimate toy because I have to take extra consideration to keep it away from view if I have guests coming over, so that's another downside. But if you've already tried so many other things for your TMJ you may as well see if this one is right for you.

Wanted to love it, but it wouldn't turn on. Fully charged, light on, and it just made a slight buzzing noise from inside like it was trying, but nope. Good news was that customer service refunded me, so no harm done. Won't be ordering another one.

It works great. A simple charge and the vibrations easy my TMJ pain. Good value.

Used consistently, it did help my TMJ. I think I could be managing it better still and might see a specialist. But overall this was a good purchase to have on hand for the unbearable days. Good battery life.

Out of the box the shape and comfort was good for jaw and neck tension. This totally went dead and stopped working after charging it 4 times. I could see the light on that it was charging but the simple buttons to turn it on and use it would not function.
