Bought as a gift for my dad's Blackstone. No issues with it scratching the surface, as I saw some others have had. I think it's all in how you use it, angling it, etc. Very sturdy handle and well liked by my dad.

Griddle Scraper
After going to dinner at a Japanese steak house, I wanted to purchase a scraper like the chef used to clean the grill. So many times there is still residue left on a grill, then it burns, and is hard to clean off the grill. This scraper works great!

Does the job.
Thought this came with a couple extra blades. It did not. After a few uses the blade dulls. This is being used in a commercial kitchen on a smaller Stainless steal grill. Cleans the debris off decently.

Great quality
We bought a flat grill and it came with a scraper. It didn't take long to o realize that my fingers are too close to the heat. This scraper is big and allows me to do the job without thear of burning my fingers. Ergonomic and easy to clean. If you are going to use your flat grill even once, you will love it

Great Griddle Scaper
I use this griddle scraper in a commercial restaurant. I’ve used many others, but none can touch this one given the price point. The handle on top really helps scrape hard to remove residue on the flat top. The product although plastic feels heavy duty, ergonomic, and light weight. Highly recommend for anyone in the restaurant industry looking for a quality griddle scraper. The price fluctuates, but you can generally buy it around $15 which is significantly cheaper than buying a comparable flat top scraper from EdDon or other restaurant suppliers. Happy cleaning!

This is a must have for your griddle!
Brought this scraper to use in my large flat top griddle to replace the junk scrapper tha came with the grill. This keeps you hands safer when scrapping a hot grill. Great for any flat top grills like a Blackstone

Do not put to much pressure when scraping off your grille surface.
The handle is really nice, and so is having a knob near the scrapers blade. Very ergonomic design.
