Bolands Chocolate Kimberley Teacakes 132 g (Pack of 20)

I bought these as a St. Patrick's day gift, and the whole family were thrilled with them; they brought back lots of memories of their time in Ireland!! They arrived in very good time, the box was unnecessarily large (with little padding), but the biscuits were still in good, gift-able condition! The biscuits are wrapped in packs of two, so would be great for lunch boxes, party bags and buffet tables, as well as serving with a nice cup of tea!!! I liked this about them!! Expensive just for some "biscuits", but if you grew up eating these, and miss being in Ireland, they are worth the price for the nostalgia alone!!

I love these. I’m worryingly addicted to these little gems but these ones delivered are out of date by 4 months. Disgusting selling out of date food to people.

Not like I remember

Received these lovely biscuits at a reasonable price. Eating them reminds me of home! They arrived well packaged and on time. Would buy again. 🍪

When someone at Jacob’s biscuit factory had the bright idea of coating their Kimberley biscuit in chocolate, I’m sure they had no idea of the chaos they were about to unleash. Chocolate Kimberley were once the most sought-after biscuit in Ireland, with near-riots in the supermarkets over every precious tin. Thankfully, they are far more plentiful now, and are still enjoyed by many.

Have loved these biscuits forever With and without chocolate covering but find them hard to access in shops now. The one thing I would say, as others have commented, is that they don’t have as much of the ginger flavour which is the main reason I’ve always loved them. Have the manufacturers reduced this in production? It’s definitely noticeable and that is why I haven’t given it 5 stars
