Avoid product if you value your gear
Had this case for a couple months. One day I was transporting my RX3 and without any added weight other than the RX3 the shoulder strap suddenly snapped. This let the corner of the case drop to the ground and crack my device around the aux port. With several emails i have had no response from the product support. Please avoid this poorly made case to protect your valuable RX3.

Perfect bag
It’s the perfect sturdiness to pack an rx3 and take it with me, not too heavy. Snug fit, nice padding on the inside. I carry it by hand and never use the Velcro straps so they stay new. Haven’t tried the shoulder strap but if it’s like the rest of the bag it’s solid.

Bad quality and bad seller
Breaks very quickly. The straps are not secure and can break while transporting your console. be carefull as it happened to me and damaged my console plus fell on the zipper and it doesnt work no more. I ordered the case last summer and it broke after at around the 6th time I used it to transport my conosole. Also I try to contact the seller and he ignored me completely
