The media could not be loaded. Much clearer irl! Works great so far. Download the software BEFORE setting it up and it’s easy! Make sure to unzip the folder, and make a shortcut for easy access. A lot of people had trouble importing a video so here’s how to do it!! Took me about 20 minutes to figure out.: download a GIF file. Press home and “background” you’ll have the option to import the file. And it should work from there!! (I had a lot of anxiety buying the is due to the lack of tutorials so I hope this helps someone when purchasing). To me it’s pretty easy to use as long as you really pay attention to what you’re doing:) I will update my review if anything goes wrong with the device as I did just set it up 40 minutes ago. It doesn’t use much of my CPU which is great! I would def recommend this even for new PC owners or prebuilds!

The media could not be loaded. It works well for its price and looks really nice. The software was easy to install, a bit of googling here and there for errors on simple fixes on my end. The adhesive it comes with is also not going to hold very well. I was able to upload my own gifs!

The display works great when you get it working. Unfortunately the software is a little clunky. Everything is installed from a google drive that the manufacturer provides a link to. The software can be hard to navigate. Any changes you make to a theme don’t show up unless you exit the software and reload it. You can adjust the rotation of the screen, but only in 90 degree increments. I would much rather be able to adjust it per degree so I don’t have to worry about getting it aligned perfect when applying. Installation is easy. It plugs directly into the motherboard. If you bought this just to display a gif and not any readings, it is possible to do so with a custom theme. I actually deleted all the default themes and just made my own because I could. That level of customization is nice. It is challenging to get everything lined up nice as the software is, again, very clunky. It is doable though. I installed this a few hours ago, so my review may change in the future to reflect durability.

Given that numerous people peruse this forum and no one has replied to any of the technical support questions I have come to the conclusion that this company does not support their products and is selling them without any intention of supporting them. This entire post will be placed on all sites where the products are sold and will be posted in both English and Chinese. The product support is abysmal.Let's start with the product itself and its capabilities. The screens look good, have a quality feel to them and display as intended. They are significantly cheaper alternatives to mini HDMI screens and do not impact the GPU in the system which is a major benefit. When the screen works the image is clear and responsive which makes these screens come across as high quality. This is where everything falls apart because in order to take advantage of these beautiful screens you need to install the Turzx USBMonitoR software. Installation is simple and typically finds the screen easily which is great. But the interface is not great and the support for newer versions of Windows is non-existent. Windows 10 technically works but for 11 nope, and for sure the upcoming 12 is not going to happen. Multiple places (reddit, Amazon reviews, and these forums) have called out this issue and no one has responded.Additionally, the program does cause issues with other USB devices, three different screens, on three different systems, with different base hardware and different peripherals all exhibit the same problem. When the software is running, there are constant freezing and disconnection of other USB devices on the PC. The issue appears when using the software for the 2.1" screen, the 5" screen, and the 8.8" screen. However, documenting the issue completely in multiple languages and on multiple sites, the only things that the actual support personal from what I can gather post about is new themes. These things are so cool. Spice up your boring cpu cooler. They are very easy to install. Just plug it into a USB header on your mobo and download the software. I liked the first one so much I bought another one for my kids computer. It beats paying $279 for an expensive cpu cooler with a built in screen.

The media could not be loaded. First, this is a generic product, so it's not like unboxing an Asus or Corsair. That also makes it a lot more affordable. The instructions are easy enough to understand, but more importantly the screen is clear, vibrant, and easily customizable. This was well worth the money. It's possibly the best adon for my rig from an astetics standpoint.

This was very easy to mount on my water cooler and it is slim and not too bulky. The software is what really lets this product down. It’s not intuitive and always takes several minutes (sometimes 10+ minutes) to switch between available images. A real headache if you want to be able to switch the display often.Initially I could not get my screen to work past default phrase/image, but was able to change it after looking through the software troubleshoot steps. I’m really surprised by these 5 star reviews. If you can I’d recommend finding a cooler that already has a display built in unless you’re willing to deal with this janky/buggy software.
