Excellent for me
I hoist 150-200# (filled) hydraulic pumps infrequently. Bought a set of these shackles, and yes, weight capacity is 3rd order of overkill. But so are thec1" straps rated for 3000#. At least OSHA inspector will leave me alone. Probably not, but nice thought. I did put o-rings up next to flange to help keep from backing off. Flats are bit difficult to turn after tightening and loading. Did not want to use pins or caps. Works well for me.

Good deal, no surprises.
Product is as advertised, can’t really say much about them that’s not obvious. It’s a much better deal than I could find locally though. I do believe they’ll work for my needs, though haven’t used any of them yet. The screw threads are clean and the peg goes in easily. Will put them to use this summer.
