Just yes.
I am sooooo picky about my water bottles. Well, I really wanted the playmaker water jug by Underarmor (my hubby had one and it kept his drinks so cold all day) but I held out on buying one for quite some time because I wanted a water jug with a straw…. Welp, I found this straw and ordered my own water jug. Best thing ever.

Might help someone
So atv1st I didn't like it,it didn't pop up like described and I had to pry it out everything I tried to use it, plus when ice was already in the cup I couldn't get the straw to go in. This is what I found, if you hold the straw in place while adding ice and water then slid the top on and tighten it works extremely well, and now it pops up like described .Night and day difference hope this helps

Must have item !
This is a must have for anyone with the bottle. It makes it so much easier to drink , especially for those young athletes !

It does let you close the lid. That was my biggest concern.

Not sure why it's recommended for the 64oz
It's a straw, but not what you think when buying it for the 64oz Playmate. You either need to pull the gasket out if the cap and slide the straw in, which then causes leaks if knocked over, or push it into the bottle to close the lid.

The product does not fit for the suggested size. the straw bends once you close the cap. not worth the money. functionality of product is non existent.
