I got this set for me and a co-worker for our office. I LOVE IT! I struggled with back and posterior pain stemming from sitting for office work for HOURS - it was so bad, it hurt to sit for even five minutes. Of course, I could get up and walk to alleviate the pain, but when you're working in a small office and the phone is constantly ringing while your posterior hurts, getting up to walk becomes a limited privilege.The one catch to this set is the pair of arm rests - they're designed for those office chairs with stubby arm rests (I had to change my seat from an old, worn down Executive-style swivel chair to the round-backed one with stubby arms), so keep this in mind when considering whether to buy or not. But if you're working long shifts while sitting, this is going to make a big difference.

I work from home sitting at a desk in front of a computer for about 6 hours a few days per week. Although I have a very durable and comfortable orthopedic chair, at the end of the day my arthritic back, hip and knee would be throbbing. I needed something on which to rest my lower back, although a bit smaller than the picture, the back cushion provides a decent amount of support and has adjustable straps. The seat cushion is soft and comfortable and provides the necessary support to relieve some of the pain in my hip. Although I ordered this item be ause it was wthin my price range and didn't care much about the cushions for the arm rest, I was pleasantly surprised at how comfortable they are and how much they also help relieve some of my pain. I am a tall, full-figured woman and it provides great support for my frame. The shipping was prompt and the product is very good quality. I would recommend this item.

I love this product, especially for the price! I primarily bought this product for the price and because it included the back rest and the arm rests. The arm rests on my current chair are plastic and ripped open. This product was perfect for my needs! I already notice myself sitting more upright and it's significantly limited my back pain while sitting at work. I also really the appreciate soft, cushy feel. I'm very pleased with my purchase, and I've recommended all my coworkers to do the same. The only thing I will mention is that it does get warm after about 3 hours of sitting. If you are looking for a seat that stays cool after sitting that long, I would try something else. For me, this is everything I needed for the price I was happy to pay. Very happy customer!

I work from home so I needed something to support my back and sitting. I sit for 8 - 10 hours a day. I have problems with my legs and back so needed some type of support. This set is the seat cushion, back cushion and the arm rest cushion, 3 in 1. I loved it. It has memory form so it adjusts to my sitting habits. I brought cushions for my chair that had memory foam but just were not as comfortable. I have a office chair but the cushion is wearing out so this will help me keep the chair a little longer. I do recommend this set to anyone needing that extra support for back and leg pain when sitting long periods of time.

I didn't like anything about the product. The seat is too high and too rigid. I got no pain relief for my back with it.I still can't figure out what the two small items are for and there was no explanation about where to use them and how, I don't know where to put the back support. It doesn't fit on my sofa seats nor my computer chair. Another bad investment I'll have to give to Goodwill. It's a pretty uncomfortable product.

been using for 3 weeks, I def noticed a difference. I have less pressure/pain from my hips when i get up now that I use the seat cushion. The back support helps remind me to sit up straight and gives me that added support I needed. I don't feel like it made any difference with my neck pain though. It's super comfy and soft, and my cushion hasn't gone flat.

I gave this item 4 stars due to the seat cushion being nonsupporting is squished completely flat as a pancake and my tail bone still hurts after sitting for a few hours however the back support is great and the arm cushions are amazing so would I recommend this product YES but not for the seat cushion.

So far so good. We have hery uncomfortable chairs at work, to the point where my back and legs hurt so bad by the end of the day. I put this on my chair and took a little time to adjust to it, but by the end of the day I noticed that my back wasn't killing me, so it definitely works. I weigh about 140lbs and works fine for me, not sure about the rest. I would recommend this if you have back problems.

La forma que tiene el asiento no se adapta muy bien a al cuerpo, Puede llegar a ser un poco incómodo. El respaldo me encanto da muy buen soporte, es por eso que le doy 4 estrellas

Super recomendado me ha servido mucho y me ha ayudado a estar sentada con siporte en la lumbar que ha reducido el dolor por estar en esa posicion por mucho tiempo

Use this every day - has been great for my posture. Very comfortable as well.
