Good Mix of Nuts, Decent Keto Stats, High Calories
At the time of this review, these are $20 for 12 pouches, which I think is reasonable. The pouches have a good mix of seeds, nuts, and dark chocolate bits. Depending on what type of keto diet you're following, these are a decent fit. They are high in fat (27g per pouch), come in at 11g of carbs per pouch, and 310 calories per pouch-- so depending on what "flavor" of keto you're following, these may be a good fit.My wife's the one on keto, but even as a non-keto-er, these are tasty to munch on. The nuts are crunch without being hard or stale and they don't seem overly salted, etc. The dark chocolate is more bitter than sweet, but that's how it's supposed to be, so no complaints there.Overall, a pretty decent mix for a decent price.
