Effective, but when I take them every night, they lose effectiveness. So I alternate with two other products, of the three, this gives me the best night sleep, along with Time Release melatonin.

Very helpful with sleeping. Menopause has been quite a bear! This has helped with those sleepless nights and doesn't leave me groggy the next day. I even have my sister trying it and she likes it as well.

This product works really well. It puts me to sleep pretty fast (about an hour). I sleep all night. The only thing that I do not like is the taste. I make sure that I have water ready and sometimes a cracker to take away the taste. Since they work so well for me, I can sure live with that.

Onky sleep product that works for me. Different products work for other people, but thieves the only one that helps me fall asleep, stay asleep, and awake refreshed.
