Looking for the best gun belt on the market? The All New Cobra Quick Release Gun Belt by Vedder Holsters is groundbreaking! Our all new step-down Cobra buckle design was created to eliminate the need for adjusting your belt each time you put it on. With the Vedder Cobra QR Belt, set it to your preferred size, and you are all set! Sizing Instructions: We recommend ordering your belt based off your actual pant size. The sizes shown are both the pant size range the belt will most often fit accurately and the actual length in inches that the belts are adjustable to accommodate. Most pants stretch, gun belts will not, which is why most people will wear a larger size belt than their pant size. Determine your correct size by trying on an existing belt with your normal everyday carry setup. Mark the spot where your belt is set and then measure the length from that hole to the end of the belt (excluding buckle).

Mostly for IWB or quick detach clip holsters
Very durable and thick enough to hold my fully loaded Glock 22 with a mag of 165gr SS Elite HP's without sagging. I held it with both hands and even with one hand. Granted, that is a lot of weight and there will be some sag, but compared to the leather belts and other single ply nylon belts I have used, this thing is a beast. I included some pictures for reference. I did not buy this belt for the holster I have shown here, but it is a Blackhawk Serpa. Now for a couple negatives. If you OWB carry like me, and use a belt loop holster... well, good luck. There is no easy way to slide your holster on this bad boy and through your belt loop. In the pictures I took, I did my best to demonstrate why. You have to take the whole buckle off and slide in on backwards, then through your belt loop, and finally through the last slot on your holster. This is a pain in the ass. Plain and simple.I tried many other options before finding this one, which was recommended through youtube after commenting on someones video. At first, I was going to order directly from their website, but I found it here instead. I wanted to be the first to let you know how badass it is. I hope my review can help you make the right decision. What ever you do, do not make the same mistakes I made assuming you can find a cheap belt that does the same thing. The last thing which is not really that big of a deal to me, is all the engravings are on the front of the buckle. This includes the 'how to take the belt off for dummies' labels. So it's a bit odd considering the back of the buckle is completely blank. That said, this is a Cobra issue, and not a Vedder issue. The belt itself by Vedder is just a piece of work. I am so glad I did not get another disappointing leather one that is torn up after 6 months. I do not see anything happening to this belt, mainly because nothing happened to my cheaper Tru-Spec nylon security belts either, and they are nothing of the same quality as the Vedder. For IWB, I highly recommend this belt. For OWB, I recommend a different buckle to make it easier, unless you have the quick detach clips. I ended up returning it because it does not work well with belt loop holsters, but if you are looking for a solid belt, this is it. If you need something for OWB loops, I recommend the Alien Gear 14oz belt that I have now, or a Blue Alpha Gear 1.5" Low Profile EDC belt.Whatever you do, just carry.

Best on the market
So I started this Cobra belt mission buying the cheap knock off brand for 13 bucks. I figured I would never pay 75 bucks for a casual belt and although knock offs are ok sometimes, not when it comes to Cobra belts. The cheap one I originally bought lasted about two weeks. No joke. I did my research and accidentally came across a YouTube video. I’d seen the videos that talked about the strength of “their” Cobra belt being able to pull a Buick but seriously! I just need this thing to hold up my pants! Well that and a few pounds of EDC. I almost didn’t buy this belt because there are a few complaints about how stiff the belt is. This isn’t your canvas, army issued, belt that you can roll like a sleeping bag. But to say this belt is too stiff is weird. It’s about as stiff as a good leather belt and yes the belt does feed through beltloops easy! So here are my pros and cons.PROS1) Great firmness. Not too stiff. If your used to military wear you will love this belt2) Quality is insane! This belt will out live your gun .... well maybe not3) Velcro keeps the extra in place and keeps this belt looking sharp4) It feeds through beltloops easily. I wear “Propper” tactical pants so it will feed through 5.11 as well5) Quick adjust for when you lose all that weight. Or gain it..... Make sure you follow the size chart!!!!!!!6) Quality military stitching. I bet you could pull a Buick with this belt maybe?CONS1) The price. My wife is going to kill me when she sees the VISA bill2) The “click” isn’t as smooth as I would like. It can take some adjusting of the buckle to get it on and off. But it takes nothing away from the function. Just need to get used to it I guess3) Did I mention the price? No worries though. This belt will last for many years.

Gun belt to get!
This was my first gun belt purchase. I did my research and weighed the pros and cons of leather versus nylon. I had some points on my credit card so I took the gamble; and I was not disappointed! This belt is very thick and sturdy. Wore it all day yesterday with no sag or discomfort. Had to do very little adjusting. Just thread it though the belt loops (no issues with this either) and adjust the Velcro and you’re good to go! I had read that with some belts the buckles were too big to get thru and you had to undo the Velcro to change pants. This buckle on this is the same width as the belt. (The other side of the buckle will not go through the loops since it’s the part that you loop that’s for adjusting so it’s a bit wider). Very satisfied with the purchase!

Great belt for ccw and edc
I have had this belt for over a year now. It has held up very well and shows almost no wear to the fabric, and the metal just has a little wear to the color where it rubs against a my pants.Pros:-nice and stiff to support on waistband or in waistband Cary.-durable- can wear in any pants or shorts, and you don’t need to take off the buckle to thread it on.Cons- the buckle is to large to slide though some holsters or knife sheaths so to wear those I need to take off the buckle to thread it. This is easily overcome since most of my holsters have clips and it’s not an issue.I would recommend this product, especially for those who use holsters or load their pants heavy with edc gear. Holds them up well.

It's an okay Gun Belt.
This Gun Belt is okay. I personally think it's overpriced and not thick enough. The Cobra buckle does fit through regular-sized belt loops. I have a 5-11 Gun Belt that I actually prefer over this belt but however it doesn't have a buckle on it, it just velcro's and sometimes comes a lose when walking around. I guess that's a pro to this Vedder Gun Belt. As far as the quality of it I can't speak on because I haven't had it long enough. However, it does seem like it will be in for the long haul.

Not too rugged to wear all day. Feels great, handles all my extras with ease.
Man I love this belt. So much easier to take off than some of my other nylon belts. If you go from iwb to owb a lot though, you will need to adjust the tension each time. But once you have it set, there's no need to adjust because it never loosens up on you.
