EXTREMELY PLEASE WITH MY CHOICE OF THIS MODEL
Choosing a smart toilet is difficult, because even within the same company, the various models can be so similar in specifications and appearance. After much study, and eventually in consultation with Lee from Eplo, I chose the DP7 Pro. I didn't want to wish I had the tank after the fact, because my water pressure isn't always great. Consequently, I have had zero issues with flushing or other functions.Delivery was quick, and the toilet was in perfect condition. Installation is straightforward, in theory, but individual circumstances may vary. For me, I had two challenges: the weight and the location of my water inlet. I could not negotiate the weight, targeting the mounting brackets and wax ring by myself or even with an assistant. I literally needed three people due to the limited space. Once placed, the rest was relatively easy. In my particular case, the location of the water inlet was too close to the toilet, no matter what I tried (e.g. short, 90° anglestops, etc). I ended up having to mount/direct the inlet valve inside the toilet's rear open cavity. This is advised against by the manufacturer, but I had no choice. I can still access the shutoff valve, but it certainly wouldn't be easy or obvious to anyone else. Once this issue was overcome, it was on to the toilet itself.Everything worked perfectly, and as it should. The toilet washes itself very well 99% of the time, and the heated seat, lighted bowl and other features are all effective and well thought out. I did have to contact Lee with some minor functionality questions, but he was extremely responsive, knowlegeable and helpful. Here's a tip: although the auto-seat open/close is attractive, it's only viable if you have a true water closet, or your toilet is located physically apart from the rest of the bathroom, otherwise due to its sensitivity, you'll trigger it every time you walk past. The auto-open/close can be deactivated, which I reluctantly did. So, if your situation is like mine, you might skip this feature and save some money.I can recommend this model highly. Everything works well, and it has every feature you could want. I have zero regrets in chosing this Eplo model. I have some unfounded worry for how long everything will continue to work perfectly and what would happen if a component should fail, but Lee assured me that this model has been "battle-tested" overseas since 2022, and is solid and reliable. I am hopeful that this proves to be the case with mine as well.

Great product and Customer Support
From the time I bought my toilet in Jan 2025, I only have good things to say. From product quality to customer service, it has been a very pleasant experience. To start with I installed the toilet myself. It was a little bit heavy but I was able to manage. Once I had toilet in place, I used the supplied adapters and was able to connect water lines. Diagrams were very easy to read and instructions were straigh forward. After turning on the water I found that the toilet would sometimes not flush correctly, then I would try again and everything would work fine. This happened a few time so I decided to contact EPLO. I contacted them by e-mail and within a 6 hour period they responded back. As with other customers I was contacted back by Lee. In his text Lee asked me to decribe the problem and I also sent him a video. After review, Lee thought that my water pressure was a little low. I told him that I was on a well and would check my water pressure. He told me around 50 PSI is what I needed In order for toilet to work correctly. I checked my pressure and it was 40 PSI. I was able to increase It to 50 PSI and sure enough it stopped my intermittent problem. He also told me that they have another model that has a built in water tank and pump that would solve a low water pressure issue. I am glad Lee spent the time with me to solve the problem. The features, quality and price are fantastic. Its amazing how someone can rave about a toilet. But here I am. I like it so much I am going to buy another. I feel one last thing. You can have a great product but customer support is a key component. Thanks to Lee, EPLO has both. Hope this helps someone else.

There is no going back
I have had this toilet for a while now, and it is AMAZING! Every single feature has become something I can not live without. The littlest thing like an led light INSIDE the bowl when it opens (no more turning on lights late at night!) The self flushing, omg the back AND front bidet. Top quality and ZERO issues with functionality or quality. If I HAD to say something, the self opening function can get a little annoying if you have a small bathroom like mine...but again, THE LID IS SELF OPENING

Initially frustrated but support was very helpful.
Initial Review:Ok but…No water comes out of the nozzle. It throws an E5 error code but the manual has no explanation of what the error codes mean. I have done all of the troubleshooting steps. No joy.Update: I reached out to support, and they got right back to me. Problem fixed. Great product. The manual could be more thorough. In particular, factory reset instructions should be really obvious. Unplugging and plugging back in does that. I had stumbled on that fix myself, so no harm no foul. But in trying to figure out the instructions, I had changed some settings and gotten too far from baseline. Also, the instructions in several places say to contact support. They're in China. Why not just put the actual fix into the manual? Especially if the fix is simple. Like reboot and reset to factory settings by "unplugging and plugging back in."Last, put the error codes in the manual!!!Anyhow, all good. Some initial user error, but sorted. Great product, great support. I'm happy.

Sleek and gets the job done
We have had this bidet for about 3 months and it is working very well. Our plumber had no trouble installing it. It is comfortable and has a sleek design. My only complaint is there is a bad odor when the air jets are used. So, hold your nose OR forgo that option. I choose to not the dry option.
