Put this on the bottom of the door where the reactive, neurotic senior dog we have scratches at while we are out. Went from having to clean blood off of the door when she wore down her claws to the quick to her just scratching away without any injury to herself. Easy to put on, you can barely see it. It might pull paint off the door when we remove it but that is just paint and no big deal.

I've heard a lot of people say that this is like clear tape and while I agree partially I think that it is more like clear tape with gorilla glue on the back. And the reason I say that is because I put it on my wall to protect the surface behind my cat food. I rent and I wanted to be able to wipe down the surface easily without taking the paint off of the wall. In renter's apartments often times they use flat paint which is really difficult to clean without wearing down the paint. So I figured this would be a good option so that I could wipe the area down without ruining the pain. When I tried to apply it, it was impossible to apply and when I went to remove one corner of it so that I could get the bubbles out, it took the paint right off the wall. I absolutely am going to lose my security deposit when I go to remove the entire thing when I leave. I am flabbergasted. When you look at the pictures above it shows that if you put it on a door that when you go to peel it off that it comes off in perfect condition without damaging the door. That is absolutely unequivocally not true. Very deceiving. This product should have a warning letting everybody know that it is not removable without damaging the door or the wall or the furniture underneath of it. In fact, this product should not even be sold other than to sell it as a tape to ship important items. I will be sending this back because I'm still within my 30 days with this note attached.

Protects the door well. I should have applied a larger amount. The dog was able to scratch and pull at the edges. Install was easy. As expected though it's tough to know if you're perfectly square or not. Be sure it's as level as possible before sticking.

Easy to use, sticks very well. Personally wish it was matte rather than shiny. Used around legs of my table that my cat apparently likes to scratch. So far so good.

This is my second order. Works so well I'm now using it on leather chairs and fine upholstery fabrics. Nice and thick -- thicker than laminating film.

Absolutely wonderful product! I have a bengal kitten who just loves scratching up my door frames. I purchased this and put on all the door frames and it completely deters her from scratching them now. I will definitely buy this again . Highly recommended if you have kittens or cats that like to scratch things that they shouldn’t.
