It does it’s job by cooling down my hamster on a hot day. However I was disappointed in the size for the money. I have a Syrian hamster and he can just about sit on it.

I have two syrian hamsters and bought two, 1 for each of their cages one arrived intact and fine the other is broken, I wouldn't mind if it was cheap but it wasn't, I will be expecting a refund for 1 of them

I ordered this as I was trying to file my dwarf hamster’s nails down, without having to go to the vet. It seems to be working perfectly. It is also quite cool which will be extremely useful in the summer. It’s the perfect size for a dwarf hamster but not sure about a Syrian. Very happy!

This product is so good in the warm months. My hamster uses it all the time to cool down. When it’s really warm I’ve placed it in the fridge for a couple of hours before I give it to my hamster.

This is great, fits easily in the freezer and also the hamster cage, cools the area down well!

My two dwarfs are loving it in this hot weather, I put it in the fridge for 20mins or so to make it cooler.

Perfect for giving our mice a cool space in the cage to relax on warm days. When placed near a fan it keeps cool all day.
