KitchenAid KDF7B Double Flex Edge Beater for Select Bowl-Lift Stand Mixers, Silver

This fit perfectly on my Costco kitchen aid stand mixer K55. Works well for scrapping the sides of the bowl and mixing all ingredients together.

5.5 quart kitchenaid mixer. Fits perfectly. Works just as described.After several months of use, I can see that the rubber edges are bending a bit, but it doesn't drastically affect the performance.

This has worked great in our 9 quart Kitchen Aid.

Game changer. The paddle that comes with the mixer is not great and I kept having to Constantly stop, scrape, and fold to mix properly. I am so glad I got this. This should be the standard that comes with the mixer! I barely have to scrape the bowl or otherwise mess with things now! I have the 5.5qt bowl stand mixer for reference.

Can’t imagine baking ever again without this. It’s durable , easy to use and fits on my Kitchenaid. I have a 6.5 qt Kitchenaid which is an odd size but this fits perfectly. Great value for the money. Noise level is non existent and the thickness of the scraping paddle is perfect.

I bought this new double Flex edge to replace the single Flex Edge I currently have for my 7 quart mixer. It definitely scrapes the bottom better and does not push the batter up the bowl like the older one. I just wish it was the same size. It is marked for the 7 quart bowl and works well however, as you see in the picture it is quite a bit smaller. About 1.5 inch shorter. So it will actually submerge in larger cake batter mixes. I still prefer it over the original for batters. It actually blends a folds batters better. I will use the older single edge for cookie dough as it is sturdier and larger.

I love this double edge flex beater. I whips ingredients up very nicely and does scrape the sides of the bowl sufficiently. It is very easy to clean, and in my opinion, a must have for a kitchen-aid mixer attachment collection.
