Received a replacement and it works perfectly. Thank you!!!I like the look, feel and size. But no matter how long I try and pump butane into this it will only stay lit for a few seconds. Then will not reignite until I try adding more butane, so something is not working correctly. Very disappointing. I wanted to reach out to the seller before living a bad review, but could not navigate around the Amazon chatbot. If someone wants to reach out and tell me what I am doing wrong and the product works like it should, I am happy to write an update.I have a much cheaper one of these that cost $10 called Legendary Chief and it works great. Just hate the color, lol.

12/30/24 Update: Over 1 year old and STILL WORKS! I've had bad luck with others, but I'm amazed it's still going strong! Bought on 10/23! Upgraded to 5 stars despite its drawbacks.Excellent quality. Does what it should do, and very quickly. A few things to be aware of: 1. It is much smaller than I anticipated, but that's ok. It's about .5lb, and appears to be well made in terms of craftsmanship. Does not get overly warm during extended burn times. Quiet operation, no noisy clicks for ignition. 2. It's not a precision sharp flame like you'd get from a gas station torch. The flame is big in diameter; not good for precision welding, crafts and such. Also, the conversion switch from torch to "soft" flame isn't what I expected. You won't get a yellow flame in this setting. 3. Very tricky to fill. NO fuel window! Maybe I haven't found the right nozzle to use, but a little less than half the fluid is wasted going in. Otherwise, it's fine for what I needed it for and the price was right.Although I give it 4 stars, I probably would NOT buy it again if I needed an additional one because of what I pointed out. Needs a bit of re-engineering.

Was mostly please when this arrived...not many torches have both valves for the butane pressure and the valve to make it a soft flame. I'm always looking for these two features with any purchase. But, while you can leave this torch on for longer than most, it does start heating up after about 30 seconds and I'm assuming will cause long term damage if left on much longer than this. Also, the story's that I read about adding fuel are true. I've seen this on several torches and it's a disappointing oversite by the manufacturer. I hate getting butane all over the place when refilling the chamber. It's easy to lose more than you get into the torch.But with it's style and functionality I'll use it until stops working...hopefully I can get a good year out of it.

The flame length and with are easy to adjust for very effective heating/lighting.

Super easy to fill and works great

I’ve been on the hunt for a small torch to clean up fine stringing on my 3D prints, and this one is a total game-changer. What I love most is that it shuts off as soon as you release the trigger—so much safer and easier to use compared to my old cheap Harbor Freight torch. That one technically still works, but I never felt comfortable using it because you need two hands to turn it off. This new torch, though? Solid build, high-quality feel, and super simple: press the trigger, zap the stringing, let go, and you’re done. If you’re into 3D printing (or just need a reliable torch for other projects), I’d say this is absolutely worth it!

Never even got to the point of using this product. It came w/ no butane. So I had to order butane which took another 3 days after this product arrived. Additionally, when I did receive the butane I found no good instruction on how to fill the torch.I just put the spout in the bottom of the torch and wasted 90% of the butane...I think maybe 10% actually got in the unit.I went to see if there were instructions on how to fill the torch- ZERO! NOTHING! NADA!That made me so mad I just returned the piece of garbage.Oh, they have videos of people looking like they're having lots of fun using the torch, bot NOTHING of the buttons they were pushing, sliding, or dialing. Nothing!!The fact that they didn't even make an attempt to visually describe any of the functions or even how to properly fill the butane was very irritating. I figured if they're too stu**id to give clear easy instructions they deserve the product to be returned! So I returned it.There's no excuse for not having clear visual instructions on how to work the thing! That's really irresponsible!
