It's Mostly a Good Buy
This battery replacement is good and it came 60% charged, even after waiting almost 3 weeks to install it ! It came with so many tools! When i opened the box I wondered why there were so many extraneous tools to do this job.BUT what it didn't come with were instructions! I guess everyone uses YouTube to figure this out nowadays and that is what I did.Changing a cell phone battery is not like the old days where you just open the back of the phone, pop the old battery out and put a new one in! There is a process! And the myriad of assorted tools were necessary to accomplish the task.The adhesive strips are precarious, but once I figured them out, they worked OK. Won't really know until I have to change the battery again, which I don't really intend to do, as it would be time to get a new phone by then!Overall, for the price versus getting a new phone, I would recommend the product.

Good delivery
The service and delivery from Amazon was great, but before I installed this on my Galaxy a14, the phone got knocked into the water and the motherboard got messed up beyond repair.IF YOUR SAMSUNG GALAXY A14 GETS KNOCKED INTO THE WATER, TURN IT OFF RIGHT AWAY! BRING IT TO A REPAIR SHOP BEFORE YOU TURN IT BACK ON.

Only lasted about 1 year (10.5 months) - Need to follow You-Tube Video - No Instructions
Battery Lasted about a year, then all of a sudden it started going dead overnight. I had to re-charge almost every morning. Now it only charges up to 85% and stops charging. I use the phone to monitor my blood glucose meter so it has to have the WiFi & Bluetooth connection on almost constantly. On the installation: I watched the Y-Tube video(s) on this BEFORE I ordered it but installation was still a bit tricky even after going through a few different videos. You will definitely need to apply heat to the back of the phone cautiously with a heat gun or hair dryer in order to remove the back plate.

Save a ton of money by changing your own cell phone battery.
Much cheaper to change your own cell phone battery than pay someone$60 to $80 to do it. Just get the battery and tool kit and follow the instructions on YouTube video. Simple. Item was great and just as advertised, however it also came with adhesive for sealing the back to the phone which wasn't mentioned in the description of the tools.
