These work great!
We got these for our daughter who has a hard time falling asleep. They work faster than the melatonin pills she took, and they taste good - she prefers them! A+ product!

Strong
I like that these are individually wrapped tabs, but the flavor is extremely strong. I avoid them instead of using them most often.

My sheep are still on strike
These strips remind me of the breath mint strips. They dissolve readily, taste like mint, and leave my breath fresh! The great thing about the taste is that I can use one after I’ve brushed at night without experiencing that gross mesh of flavors when things assault my tastebuds to fight my toothpaste flavor. I also like that they come in little foil packets (like the packets tooth whitening strips come in). These can be slid into your wallet or luggage, so they’re easy to travel with. The take up no room at all, unlike melatonin pill bottles. Even the box the foil packs come in is small—about the height and width of a deck of cards, but much slimmer—so you could toss an unopened box of them into your luggage if you were afraid of misplacing the packets.Unfortunately, despite the positives, they were a bust for me. I have had insomnia all of my life, but lately it’s gotten worse. My doctor suggested melatonin, so after trying it in pill and in liquid form without success, I thought maybe these strips would work. I took one at 10p.m. and went to bed. I’m writing this review at 3:30 a.m., after staring at the ceiling for over 5 hours. So no, they didn’t work for me. However, I have a caveat: my husband, who has only very occasional insomnia (that I think coincides with when he last drinks caffeine) also took one at 10pm. He has been snoring since 10:15.So you might be asking why I am still giving this 4 stars. Good question! It’s because I don’t know if I can blame the strips, since no other form of melatonin has been effective, and I’ve tried them all now. Maybe melatonin just doesn’t work for me. Maybe I need to up the dosage. I don’t know, I just know I want to sleep! It seemed unfair to leave a bad review for something that likely works fine for most people when everything else about it is great. It appears to have worked for my husband.Importantly: If melatonin worked for me, this is the form I would take it in. Also, I will keep trying. I will carry these with me to hotels and leave a box on my nightstand in hopes they work eventually!Since I seem to be the odd one out who may be immune to the effects of melatonin, I these may work for you. they definitely are the most convenient way to get a dose!
