This tripod is exactly what I need to carry with me. As a landscape photographer, my kit can get pretty heavy. This tripod is the perfect travel partner when you need a tripod but don't want it to weigh a ton.

Great value for the money. Very sturdy and lightweight for the price. I got the mono for birding.

I really like this tripod. It is a little on the heavy side for a carbon fiber tripod but can hold an impressive amount of weight for it's size! The ball head works very well but I did upgrade to the Manfrotto Befree 3-way fluid head for a more accurate mount for my small telescope. The only gripe I had with the tripod was that it had a lot of excess grease on the moving parts that got all over my equipment until I managed to clean up the excess. But better to have too much grease than not enough! Overall a very well made product, deducted one star for the messy grease situation.

Seemed sturdy at first- After 1 day of use the legs jammed and were very difficult to closeAlso the interior piece holding the leg extensions in fell out very quicklyI was traveling with this item and it literally fell apart within a week. It was such a pain to carry around since the legs wouldn’t close all the way or you had to push so so hard that I almost hurt myself. Made my whole trip so much more difficult, Save your money

Great quality, quick set up, and easy to throw on the side of the pack to make sure I get those steady shots for photos and video!! It's lightweight for the durability as well!! Worth the $$$ for a quality product like this!!
