They help but not much. I have another pill that I can take but those cost 3X as much. Guess I'll go back to them.

The first thing I noticed about these were the smell. It wasn't unpleasant but wasn't something I really cared for as it smelled like freshly washed and cut green veg. The pill size wasn't too large and easy to take but I didn't notice it helping at all with my Vertigo, there were times it did seem to work but for the most part I didn't notice anything.

I have severe vertigo due to ear crystals and there’s no cure for this only physical therapy and head adjustment but they don’t work either. I tried this hoping that it would at least make it a little better but it doesn’t work. I have to use a walker not because I can’t walk but only to use if I get dizzy to hold on to steady myself. I’ve tried everything and the doctor keeps telling me that nothing I try will work, it’s taken my independence away because I can’t walk no longer drive. I can’t have a physical therapist come every day!!! I’ve fallen several times and harmed myself severely hitting furniture and black and blue all over my face and I’ve actually been unconscious and don’t know how long I was out, I live alone.
