This was easy to install, it fits well,I have been using my phone now for over a week and I have no issue,it comes with tools to remove the old screen,the touch is working fine

Daughter dropped the phone once with otter box on and the screen went bananas. Didn’t crack but the touchscreen is not responsive and phone is unusable. The ribbon cable was not loose. I checked. I’m guessing the glass and digitizer are not the best quality. Screen shouldn’t wig out after one drop with an otter box case.

This is the second time I purchase a replacement screen and this screen quality is top line, it’s working perfectly with no issues whatsoever. I’ve been using it for a month and I didn’t receive anything from apple about the screen authenticity like I have with the previous one I purchased. Everything on the phone works normal from day one. No one can tell any difference from the original. The colors and the touch are perfect. The provided tools are good quality as well and all screw drivers actually work so you won’t stop and start looking for a screw driver bcs one did not work. They also have included a screen protector and the screen works completely fine when you have a protector on it not like other screens won’t respond with a protector installed.

The screen is of good quality, but the double sided tape that's supposed to hold the screen down, and make the phone water proof, is out right A PIECE OF JUNK!!!!!

I bought this screen to fix my son’s phone that cracked and it is very high quality. It was packaged very well! I replaced his screen with no issues and now it’s like new! I will buy more screens if needed from this seller! Very satisfied

The kit came with all of the needed tools and a QR code for a video with instructions to replace the screen. The instructional video is not the best so I used one from YouTube instead, but the screen works perfectly. My daughter says it is slightly darker than her original screen. But for the price we are very happy! I am going to order another one to have as back up for the next time she breaks her screen!
