I started taking chlorella 2.5 months ago, seeking better gut health, and also heard chlorella can help rid the body of toxins and heavy metals. I am not yet sure if it’s doing that job, but here’s what I can tell you. My first couple weeks taking it I noticed changes in my work performance. I was suddenly clear minded. Complex tasks that grinded my brain to a halt were suddenly “clicking”. I was flying through my work, with significant ease! I presented my project to my boss, I was 2-3 weeks ahead of schedule and was told I “knocked it out of the park”! I’ve also noticed my sleeping had improved. Sadly I take a controlled substance for sleep. I noticed I was falling asleep much faster than I have to years. My dreams are really vivid too! I usually wake up at night and can’t get back to sleep. Very strong in flavor and color. If you're planning on using it as a natural food dye, use a lot less than you think; you get a lot of bang for your buck that's for sure. It does taste fishy, but only if you use too much.

I ate like 2 tablespoon in my carrot and ginger juice. POTENT. I was vibrating and feeling all kinds of sensations. Next day feeling pretty great. Going to continue eating this lovely power food.
