Took a minute to understand how to use this but it works great. It’s light and heats very fast. Toasting ability is awesome, so many options.

I didn’t expect to love a toaster this much, but this one really impressed me. The touch screen is fun and easy to use, and I like seeing the countdown so I’m not guessing when it’ll pop. I use the bagel and waffle settings a lot, and they come out just right. It looks great on my counter and doesn’t take up much space. Overall, it’s made my mornings smoother—and I actually enjoy using it!

This may just be the only toaster that I've ever had that consistently toast both sides of my bread evenly every time. It works great, but you have to be careful moving it around or you accidentally change you setting to something like a bagel, and it only toast one side, or you accidentally set it to a darker setting than you want. I guess my chief complaint is that you cannot just adjust the timing of your toaster by 10 or 30 seconds or a minute at a time.Still, with those minor issues, I would recommend this toaster. 👍

While this toaster has LCD display, it is not Touchscreen. The six buttons on the bottom are used to control the LCD settings on the main screen. And they are regular mechanical buttons that you can feel push in as you press. Worse, the controls toggle through the different bread types and it only goes clockwise so if your choice is just behind the last thing you toasted, be prepared to go all the way around. Same for Toasting levels. Also it doesn't remember a level for a specific item. If you like your English Muffin crisper than your Toast, then you have to set that EVERY TIME. They seem to have recognized that and have an "extra" time button, but it seems to add more than one level of time to the timer. Basically they used technology to make toasting something more difficult. I returned it and went back to Oster. I will admit that it does toast thoroughly but I can get that from any good toaster.

It's fast, my only complaint is that the bread slots are a little on the small side, our homemade bread and one brand of store bread doesn't fit all the way down inside the toaster so we get about a 1/2-1 inch area at the top of the slice that is untoasted. Other than that it'll do
