Why is there no seal over the product. Opened lid and product has sloshed about. Is the product still fresh/viable?

The product does not come with sealed due that comes in a box that protects the product to be open. You might receive product on sloashed condition as per moving during shipping process. Please send us a message over Amazon customer service in case there is a split of product we can replace it
