I wouldn't waste Money
⚙️ Worked Fine… for a Little While At first, it actually ran okay. For the first few months, it handled light gaming, browsing, and basic stuff decently. The RGB fans looked cool, it was quiet, and I thought, “hey, maybe I scored a good deal.” But fast-forward to 2025, and the truth came out — this thing was built cheap from the ground up. 💣 The Ugly Truth — Why You Should NOT Buy This PC 1. Cheap, generic parts disguised as “gaming hardware.” The listing brags about an Intel i5 CPU and Radeon RX 550 GPU, but here’s the reality: That i5 is an older, low-power model. It’s not built for real gaming or multitasking. The RX 550 GPU was already outdated years before this PC even shipped. It’s basically an office GPU pretending to be a gaming card. The power supply and cooling system? Generic, no-name brands that probably cost the manufacturer $15 total. No wonder everything’s dying early. 2. Thermal disaster waiting to happen. The system overheats constantly. My CPU runs hot, the fans struggle, and even my external monitor is starting to feel the heat. The “three RGB fans” look nice but don’t move nearly enough air. There’s no proper airflow design, and it shows. 3. No longevity whatsoever. By 2025, this PC is coughing up its last breath. The CPU’s overheating, the SSD’s slowing down, and the fans sound like a dying lawnmower. For a system that’s only two years old, that’s pathetic. 4. Warranty and support are basically a joke. The “one-year warranty” might as well not exist. After that, you’re on your own. Try finding replacement parts or getting actual support — good luck. Most of the components are off-brand and proprietary, so standard upgrades or replacements don’t always fit or function right. 5. False advertising at best, scammy at worst. The way this PC is marketed on Amazon makes it sound like a mid-tier gaming rig. In reality, it’s a budget office PC dressed up with cheap RGB lights to lure beginners who don’t know the difference. If you’re hoping to play modern games smoothly — forget it. You’ll be stuck on low settings or constant crashes. 🔧 Summary — The Harsh Reality This system isn’t “gaming-ready.” It’s barely life-ready. If you’re tempted because it looks cool or seems affordable, don’t fall for it. You’re better off saving a little more for a real build or even buying a refurbished Dell or HP with known-brand parts. 🚫 Final Verdict: 2/10 ✅ Looked good out of the box. ❌ Performs like an overworked toaster after a year. ❌ Overheats easily. ❌ Cheap components. ❌ No real upgrade path or longevity. Do yourself a favor: don’t waste $300–$400 on this thing. It’s not an investment — it’s a ticking time bomb with pretty lights.

Doesn’t work out the box
Updating my review to 5 stars. Had an issue with my gift for my daughter. By the time she plugged it in and realized it had an issue, the return window had closed. Thought it was going to be an issue but I was happy that wasn’t the case. Customer service was great. They tired some troubleshooting to make sure I wasn’t missing something and when all suggestions were exhausted, they sent me a shipping label and quickly sent out another PC. This one is working great and my daughter loves it. Thank you to the wonderful people that quickly helped make the purchase right!

Good customer service
EDIT TO ORGINAL 2 STARS: After leaving my first review I was contacted by the seller and was offered a phone call to see if my issue could be fixed. After I let them know that additional hard wear had stopped working I was offered a replacement PC. I was sent a shipping label to return the original one and a new one was sent. The whole process took about 2 weeks but I am satisfied with the outcome. Good Customer service. I bought 2 for my twins for Christmas. After the first day the LED lights stopped working in one of them, not a huge deal but kind of irritating. A month later the sound stopped working in the other one, still pretty irritating but my oldest is fairly knowledgeable and was able to fix it. Now we are about 2 months since buying them and the graphics card has gone out in one of them. Of course at this point we are past the 30 day return date so I'll be shelling out more money for a new graphics card. They did work well while they were working but in the end of you don't want to have to regularly replace parts just slip this one.

Problem after problem
I bought this computer for my son about a year and a half ago and after the first six months we began to have problems. It was always slow but I thought that was just my having too many programs running. But even after I taught him about that, nothing changed. We haven’t one specific issue but a multitude of. There was always a new problem that would come up. Crashing has always been a common issue. I contacted customer service every time we’d run into an issue and it’d work for awhile and then something else would come up. The warranty ended at a year. Each time I contacted customer service they seemed extremely helpful and assured me that it was a great pc. I should have gone with my gut and returned it before the warranty expiration. They were so good at reassuring me all would be good though. The problems we’ve had are NOT limited to gaming (which has been a disaster) but even when my son is browsing the internet for school work or watching YouTube videos, it’ll kick him off websites. Same with gaming, he’ll either none able to open a game or it’ll crash in the middle of one. I’ve had computer tech friends come over to see if they can help and they’re all told me that I bought a dud. I feel awful as it was a Christmas gift for my son that I had to save quite awhile for. The poor kid can’t even do homework on it half the time. We also had to replace the monitor at about 8 months and the speakers lasted about 6/7 months before i replaced those. The keyboard works fine. In my OPINION, tackling these “gaming” Pc’s is a mere marketing tactic. When i can afford to buy my son another computer, I’ll definitely be going with a trusted pc brand. I highly advise against purchasing this unit. Extremely disappointed especially because my son was so excited to be getting this.
